We offer a POS (Point of Sales) system catered to the medical manufacturing industry.

Our extensive capabilities enable the production of numerous component assemblies, tiny components, large parts, and miniatures using the majority of polymers, acrylics, and thermoplastics. Our capabilities become a turnkey solution for our clients when combined with our additional in-house design engineering, custom tooling construction and design, in-mold labeling, 3D printing, and prototyping, as well as our finishing, assembly, fulfillment, warehousing, and shipping services.

Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Account Executive to drive sales and manage client relationships in the plastics injection molding sector, specifically focusing on the medical device industry. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals in the plastics injection molding market.
Identify and target potential customers in the medical device industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Track sales performance metrics and report on sales activities and forecasts.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the plastics injection molding or medical device sectors.
Strong understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
