Position Overview

We are seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney with at least two years of experience to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling complex commercial disputes, contract litigation, and business-related legal matters. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside seasoned professionals in a firm that prioritizes strategic thinking and innovative legal solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes and business-related legal issues.
  • Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, and motions.
  • Develop case strategies and provide counsel to clients on litigation risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative legal solutions.
  • Manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in New Jersey.
  • Minimum two years of experience in commercial litigation.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
