Position Overview

We are seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney with at least two years of experience to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling complex commercial disputes, contract litigation, and business-related legal matters. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside seasoned professionals in a firm that prioritizes strategic thinking and innovative legal solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes and business-related legal issues.
Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, and motions.

Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative legal solutions.
Manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in New Jersey.
Minimum two years of experience in commercial litigation.
