We are seeking an experienced Industrial/Manufacturing Maintenance Specialist to join our team.

JOB LOCATION: Redwood City/San Carlos CA -Bay Area Peninsula
JOB TYPE: Direct Hire/Perm
PAY OFFERED: Hourly rate in the $30-45/hour range, depending upon experience.
SHIFT/DAYS: Monday through Friday, Day shift/first shift.

This Mid-to-Senior level Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for the maintenance and repairs of industrial machinery, equipment, and other related components, with day to day responsibilities set to include performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repair issues, ensuring proper operation of all components, and helping to maintain a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventative maintenance and repairs to industrial machinery, components, and equipment as needed
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical problems
Identify spare parts needed and order replacements as necessary
Maintain accurate maintenance records using a CMMS
Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment

Qualifications:

We are looking for an experienced industrial maintenance candidate who will be expert in mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems essential for plant machinery and facility operations.

High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience
Two or more years of maintenance and repair experience in a manufacturing environment.
Those that have experience/hands-on knowledge of the inner workings/operation of industrial tools and equipment like CNC machines, grinders, lathes, mills, machining centers, stamping presses, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, will be given priority consideration.
Those with Strong Mechanical, Strong Electrical repair, and in general, a well-rounded skillset and the ability to methodically track down root causes of equipment issues/failures and a commitment to working in a preventative manner, is desired.
Strong multitasking and troubleshooting skills
Good communication and organizational skills
