CAD Technician

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled CAD Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans using CAD software, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards. This role will support various projects across mechanical and electrical design, contributing to the overall success of our design team.

Key Responsibilities

Create detailed 2D and 3D CAD models and drawings for mechanical and electrical systems.
Collaborate with engineers and project managers to develop design specifications and modifications.
Review and revise designs based on feedback and project requirements.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and company quality guidelines.
Maintain organized records of drawings and revisions for project documentation.
Utilize CAE software for analysis and optimization of designs.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a CAD Technician or in a similar role.
Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical design principles.
Familiarity with 2D and 3D design techniques.
Experience with CAE software is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
