Planful Systems Analyst / Financial Systems Analyst

Direct Hire/PERM
Hybrid with onsite work locations in Kansas City, MO; Boulder/Denver, CO area; and in the CA Central Valley between Bakersfield and Fresno.
QUALIFIED candidate MUST bring PLANFUL EXPERIENCE to the role.

We are currently seeking an experience Financial Systems Analyst for a key systems role in supporting and enhancing the financial systems of the organization, in a role where you will be responsible for managing system integrations, ensuring data integrity, and providing insights through financial reporting, thereby facilitating informed decision-making.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR folks with direct, Hands-on Planful financial performance management platform experience under their belt, to be considered a qualified fit.

Key Responsibilities

Support and maintain financial systems, including ERP and MRP systems.
Assist in the implementation and integration of new financial systems and tools.
Generate and analyze financial reports to provide insights to management.
Support the monthly consolidation process, including journal entries and reconciliations.
Collaborate with accounting teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues within financial systems.
Utilize Planful and Boomi for system reporting and integration needs.
Conduct training and support for users on financial systems and tools.
Maintain documentation for system processes and procedures.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Systems Analyst, specifically in financial systems.
Familiarity with Planful, ERP, and MRP systems.
Experience with systems integration and Boomi.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis tools.
Experience with Syspro and Agris software is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
