Maintenance Coordinator Technician - Manufacturing

Position Overview
Based north of Pawtucket, RI, we are an established leader in manufacturing across industries. Due to growth, we are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Coordinator to be our liaison and also perform maintenance duties. The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of facility systems and equipment. This role involves coordinating maintenance activities, performing repairs, and implementing preventive maintenance programs to enhance facility performance and safety.

* This is a normal Mon-Fri 8am-4pm shift.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee daily maintenance operations and schedules.
Perform troubleshooting and repairs on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and prolong equipment life.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
Document maintenance activities and repairs in technical documentation for record-keeping.
Assist in facility management tasks to improve overall operational efficiency.
Identify and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.

Qualifications

Proven experience in maintenance coordination or technician role.
Strong skills in equipment repair, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
Knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, and plumbing.
Familiarity with safety compliance regulations and practices.
Experience with inventory management and facility management is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
Ability to read technical documentation and manuals.
Associates or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
