Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Probate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will specialize in probate law and will be responsible for guiding clients through the complexities of estate administration, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and representing clients in probate court.

Key Responsibilities

Advise clients on probate matters and estate planning strategies.
Prepare and file legal documents related to probate proceedings.
Represent clients in probate court hearings and disputes.
Assist with the administration of estates, including asset distribution and trust management.
Conduct legal research relevant to probate law and estate settlements.
Communicate effectively with clients, beneficiaries, and other legal professionals.
Ensure compliance with state and federal probate laws.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in the state.
3+ years of experience in probate law or related field.
Strong understanding of probate administration and estate settlement processes.
Excellent legal research and writing skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
