Project Manager/Estimator

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager/Estimator to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design-build projects and will be responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, and resources while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all phases of construction projects from initial planning to completion.
Prepare accurate project estimates and budgets based on design documents and specifications.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project objectives are met.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure completion on time and within budget.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Facilitate communication between all stakeholders involved in the project.
Conduct regular site visits to assess project status and resolve any issues that may arise.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and estimating within the construction industry.
Proven experience with design-build project delivery methods.
Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in project management software and estimating tools.
