Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the construction process for residential homes. You will be responsible for managing all phases of the construction process, from scheduling and budgeting to subcontractor management and quality control.
- Oversee all aspects of the construction process for residential homes, from planning and budgeting to scheduling and quality control.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Manage and coordinate activities of internal construction team, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Review and approve all project changes, budgets, and schedules.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Provide regular status updates to clients, senior management, and other stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and environmental regulations.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in construction project management.
- Experience managing residential construction projects.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
