Position Overview
The Quality Administrator will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the quality management system within the organization. This position entails overseeing document control processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in line with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the document control system to ensure accessibility and compliance with quality standards.
Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of quality management policies and procedures.
Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards.
Collaborate with various departments to identify areas for quality improvement and support corrective action plans.
Prepare and maintain quality documentation and reports for management review and regulatory purposes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in quality administration within the automotive industry.
Familiarity with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards.
Strong understanding of document control processes and quality management systems.
Certification as an Internal Auditor is preferred.
