Title: Senior Associate, Accounting and Audit
Location: Wilmington, DE (Hybrid 2-3x/week)
Salary: $60k-$85k base + , comprehensive benefits including 401k/generous PTO, work-life balance and flex scheduling
Required: At least 2 years of Public Accounting Experience. EA or CPA is preferred but not required.

Based in Wilmington DE for the past 50+ years, we are a respected CPA firm with decades of experience serving businesses and individuals across the region. Our firm specializes in tax, audit, assurance, and business consulting, working with corporations, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth individuals. We foster a collaborative, low-stress, and flexible environment where professionals can thrive. At this time, we are looking for an Accounting and Audit professional that has at least 2 years of experience within public accounting.

Position: We're looking for smart, motivated individuals who have strong aptitude to learn new skills and who enjoy working in a team based environment. The candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with clients and management. Duties include performing audits and reviews of all business entity types, including federal and state audits. Perform various research and assist with tax preparation for individuals and businesses as needed.

Offering:

Base salary of $60k-$85k

Jump-Start half day Fridays during the summer!
