Senior Project Manager

We're a family founded and sustaining construction management and design/build leader in Oklahoma with over 30 years of regional leading experience. We're growing in Oklahoma City and looking for a Senior Project Manager with commercial and multifamily project experience!

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise in the field.
Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, highlighting milestones and any potential challenges.
Manage the project team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and effective teamwork.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and legal requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with project execution.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with commercial and multifamily projects is a plus.
