Job Title: Senior Superintendent - Government
Job Location: DC Metro
Salary Range: $120k - 165k + Bonus

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Superintendent to oversee large scale government construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing projects valued at 50 million dollars or more and will have extensive knowledge of government construction regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction planning to project closeout
Ensure that all work is completed safely, on time, and within budget
Manage subcontractors and vendor relationships
Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular progress updates to project stakeholders
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure project success
Ensure compliance with all government regulations and requirements

What You Need for this Position

Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial general contracting & Owners Rep
Proven experience managing projects valued at 50 million dollars or more
Experience working on government construction projects
Extensive knowledge of government construction regulations, including SCIF and Federal Projects
Strong leadership and communication skills
OSHA 30 Hour certification
Nice to have: experience with Bluebeam and Procore software, QA/QC experience
