Position Overview
The Superintendent will oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing onsite operations, and leading a team to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily construction operations and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient workflow.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations.
Manage project documentation, including budgets, schedules, and reports.
Lead and mentor construction teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Resolve any issues that arise during the construction process promptly and effectively.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Experience in healthcare, retail, commercial, or multi-family construction is a plus.
